Subscriptions (In-App Purchases)

Premium subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed entirely by Apple and Google respectively. To request a refund for a subscription purchase, please contact Apple or Google directly through their support channels. supGamer does not process refunds for in-app purchases made through the app stores.

Donations and Web Purchases (Stripe)

For purchases made directly through our application via Stripe, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at support@supgamer.app with your purchase details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
